Our VTUL™ (Variable Time Under Load) routines eliminate momentum from the exercise repetitions effectively and intensely engaging your muscle fibers. VTUL™ routines elevate your heart rate for the duration of the session perfectly conditioning your cardio respiratory system. This demand placed on the system improves one's global metabolic conditioning allowing you to feel better throughout life's daily physical challenges and/or conquering athletic feats.  The "variable" component allows us to create a perfect match of stimulus for your body and your goals.

Our eccentric focused, or negative only routines, performed on our exclusive and patented machines including CZT System machines allow for safe eccentric loading of the muscles. As the muscles lengthen during the eccentric phase of the muscle contraction, they have far more strength capacity. Our machines take advantage of that capacity and provide an effective stimulus for lean tissue growth and increases in bone density.
